Why 'Snarky Meditation for Pessimists'?
Life’s too short for boring meditations. I believe that humor is not just the best medicine, but also the best meditation. This podcast is my rebellion against the overly-serene, whispery world of traditional mindfulness. It’s for those who’ve tried meditation and thought, “This is it?” For the skeptics, the cynics, those who can’t sit still, and everyone who’s ever stifled a laugh during a silent retreat.
